Terms and Conditions
1. All orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days upon confirmation of payment.
2. Customers MUST provide full details (i.e: Name, contact number, address, email address) for sale and return transactions.
3. Shuzet ensures that all items are packed and shipped out in good condition.
4. We will provide the courier tracking number to customers upon shipment of orders.
5. ALL IMAGES SHOWN IN WEBSITE ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY. ACTUAL PRODUCT MAY VARY DUE TO PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shuzet, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org by providing us the following information:
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Indicate if you want a replacement or a refund
- Clear photo of defect / faulty item(s)
Our team will verify and notify you via email for exchange/refund process if you fulfill the return policy below:
1. Return item(s) must be made within 10 working days upon receiving your order.
2. Return item(s) shall be un-used, in new-condition as purchased and in the original packaging with all labels / stickers attached (if applicable).
3. Return item(s) shall be attached with Shuzet receipt when sent back to us.
4. Any noticeable wear is not acceptable for return.
5. If the product returned to us is in bad condition, we reserve the rights to not accept it.
6. Shipping charges for all return products must be paid by the customer. We will not reimburse any shipping charges.
7. We are not responsible for any lost / damaged goods during delivery.
8. You will receive your refund / replacement within 14 working days after confirmation by Shuzet upon receiving and checking of returned item(s) is in good condition as sent.
9. Item(s) can only be replaced one time.
10. Sale / pre-order / back-order / custom made items are not applicable for exchange or refund.
How To Return:
1. Kindly pack your item(s) using the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging with original receipt.
2. Send your return parcel to us using REGISTERED POST at your nearest post office / courier service centre. Notify us your return parcel tracking number via email after sending.
3. Send the parcel to:
